How We're Different
Industry Expertise
All of our representatives are trained in our
company policy of "Professional Craftsmanship,
Superior Service", in addition to
roof,
shingles,
siding and
gutter product,
installation and
insurance claims handling training
they receive. Part of their training is conducted in
a classroom style, and the other part is conducted
on the field, with lessons in customer relations as
well as others ranging from product knowledge to
installation procedures and building codes. The
initial training takes place over a period of four
weeks, lasting over 150 hours. We believe that
education is an ongoing necessity and we require
continuing education every 3 months.
Quality Work
Everyone from field technicians to office personnel
learns about the various municipal codes in every
city we work in. The building codes and inspection
requirements vary widely from municipality to
municipality and ProCraft employs its own inspection
team to assure that each project meets local
building codes or International Building Codes -
even if inspections are not required by the
municipality! Some cities and states don't require
permits and inspections, making it easy for
contractors to skip corners or do work that does not
meet International Building Code. Usually a business
or homeowner
doesn't even realize it until a problem develops and
the contractor is out of business or long gone. ProCraft guarantees that all work will the
Building Code, whether it is required by the city or
not.

We follow eco-friendly practices to reduce,
reuse and recycle. We recycle old shingles,
nails, gutters, aluminum and steel materials as a
free service when available. Recycling helps reduce
unnecessary waste in landfills. We also offer
eco-friendly home solutions to help reduce heat in
attics, help maintain a more comfortable temperature
and reduce energy loss throughout your home.
